Our team understand that people want maximum flexibility and security with their money, we are keen to do our best to enable people to book with confidence. Our deposits are low ($100.00) and we are being very flexible with final payment dates on a case by case basis.

Payment Conditions - A non-refundable 20% deposit of the total cost of your holiday ( not less than US $100) is required in order to confirm a booking. The final balance of the total cost of the booking is required 5 weeks prior to the arrival date. If a booking is made less than 5 weeks before the arrival date full payment will be due immediately.

TRAVEL TEAM GEORGIA offers special extended payment plans for certain tour departures. Details will be provided at the time of booking. Pricing and Payment terms for tailor made tours may vary and will be specified in quotes and proposals for that tour.

Booking confirmation — 
the Agent will send you electronically a confirmation showing the price for your holiday, any additional charges and payments received. Please check the details on the confirmation carefully. If any of the details are wrong, or changed, you must inform the Agent’s as soon as possible.

Reservation fee - The reservation fee must be paid within 7 days to confirm the booking.

Payment methods - A payment is possible through a bank transfer, Western Union, PayPal (handling fee is charged) and online service TransferWise.

Cancellation Policy - The passenger may cancel the tour without special reason any time. No matter what is the reason for cancellation.

Cancellation fee is charged as follows:

more than 10 weeks - Loss of deposit/non-refundable payment
10 - 6 weeks - 20% of holiday value or loss of deposit (whichever is the greater amount)*
6 - 4 weeks - 30% of holiday value*
4-1 weeks - 50% of holiday value*
6-2 days fewer before departure - 70% of holiday value*
1day before departure - 90% of holiday value*

* If the value of your deposit/non-refundable payment is greater than this amount, the cancellation charge will be the loss of that non-refundable payment.

Note that Cancellation terms for tailor made tours may vary and will be specified in quotes and proposals for that tour.

Insurance - Please note that travel insurance is not included in the tour price and all medical costs and other costs involved must be paid for by the client. It is therefore strongly recommended that participants take out personal travel insurance, especially for the active tours. We strongly recommend to all of our clients to purchase comprehensive travel insurance prior to departure to meet any contingencies that would cover against cancellation charges, unexpected curtailment of your vacation, medical expenses arising overseas including repatriation, loss or damage to luggage and personal liability claims against you.

Optional Programs  -  Occasionally the tour director may offer guests optional experiences that are not included on the itinerary. These may include sightseeing trips, special meals not included, museum visits etc. Guests are under no obligation to purchase any options. A list of the options will be provided with your travel documents.

Photo/Video Waiver - TRAVEL TEAM GEORGIA may take photos or videos of its tours which will include guests. Participants grant TRAVEL TEAM GEORGIA permission to use them for web page or social network.

Force Majeure - Please take note that TRAVEL TEAMS GEORGIA is not responsible for changes which arise as a result of events outside of our control, such as technical or maintenance problems with transportation, changes imposed by re-scheduling or cancellation of flights by an airline, or main charter company, war or threat of war, riot, civil strife, industrial disputes, natural disasters, bad weather or terrorist activity and its consequences, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, adverse weather conditions, epidemics and pandemics.
